| Description: | As an apprentice you will be working in a number of different kitchen and environments to gain the most knowledge you can from each area. |
| Duties: | First, you will be work with the chief steward to become aware of all the codes that need to be up held by the PA Dept. of heath on day to day bases. Next, you will be work with all the individual chefs to learn all there truly is to learn in the culinary field. The skills learned will range from basic preps, knife skills, making of stocks, soups, sauces, high volume preparations in banquets, high volume preparations in Garde Manger, Bake shop, Working all locations of a hot line as well as cold line. Will be completeing all required aspects in the WCCC Handbook. |
| Qualifications: | We will be looking for
�High school transcripts that we represent a 3.75 or higher GPA
�Three letters of Recommendation
�Recommendation from a current instructor and a possible phone call if deemed necessary.
�Work experience is helpful, but not required.
