Houseperson

Description:The individual in the Houseperson position is responsible for maintaining a neat, clean, and safe environment for Nemacolin guests and associates.

Responsible for keeping cart rooms and linen closets cleaned and stocked with supplies.

Candidate must deliver outstanding service to guests by handling any requests that they may have.
Duties:Removing soiled linens from resort hallways throughout the day.

Removing trash from room attendants' carts.

Shampooing and cleaning carpets when needed.

Vacuuming and sweeping stairwells and hallways.

Emptying trash cans and ash urns and changing sand as needed.

Stocking service areas with supplies and linens.

Sweeping and mopping service areas at the end of the day.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Candidate must have the ability to speak English fluently.

Previous experience is preferred.
