Ensures that all newly seated guests receive immediate attention, takes their orders & serves their food & beverage requests promptly & courteously. Ensures that guests are provided exceptional service throughout dining experience. Ensures that work stations are properly cleaned & stocked @ the end of every shift. Prepares & serves cocktails according to specifications prescribed by standard operating procedures. Perform cleaning & stocking duties. Serve & refill beverages, dinner rolls & butter, & all other dinner sides. Clean tables, replace table linens, & set tables; carry dirty dishes; replenish supply of clean linens, glassware, silverware, & dishes. |

| Qualifications: | Must be 18 years or older. Report to work on time w/a clean uniform, nametag, & maintain appearance according to Nemacolin Policies & Standards. Must be flexible in scheduling willing to work holidays, nights & weekends. Must be task & detail oriented, energetic, & able to follow specific direction & meet high physical demands. Must be able to communicate effectively & work as a team member. Anticipate needs of other departments & act on them. Be flexible to meet changing &/or multiple demands while staying calm under stress. Be friendly, eager to learn & understand the importance of doing a good job. |
