| Description: | The Lautrec Server Assistant must possess a strong ability to retain detailed information and process requests quickly. Associates will be required to learn the entire menu items on a weekly basis, retain beverage knowledge and pairings, as well as overall information about the Lautrec restaurant and Nemacolin Woodlands Resort as a whole. The Lautrec Server Assistant candidate is excited to learn and work in a Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond establishment. |
| Duties: | Delivers bread, pours water as guests are seated,
Continued table service throughout meal
Setting and resetting tables as needed
Restaurant cleanliness (general)
Assist servers in food deliveries
Stock wait station and rest rooms

| Qualifications: | Must speak proper and eloquent English.
Must take pride in one's work and have careful attention to detail.
Must be well groomed and polished in appearance.
Must be a team player and possess a positive attitude about learning and assisting in various responsibilities around the restaurant. |
