| Description: | The Golf Gazebo Short Order Cook and Cashier is a front line position that involves providing excellent customer service while also fulfilling quality and quantity food and beverage needs. The Short Order Cook/Cashier will prepare all meals within view of guests, with an emphasis on breakfast fare. The Short Order Cook/Cashier is also responsible for kitchen prep and maintaining all sanitation and organization of the kitchen area. Candidates must be able to multi-task within the kitchen including taking orders, cooking, and processing order payments. |
| Duties: | Provide Quality and Quantity Food and Beverage Service
Prep kitchen, take orders, cook, serve, and process POS orders
Report any equipment or safety hazards
Verify portion sizes
Maintain Sanitation and organization of kitchen
Maintain Quality Standards |
| Qualifications: | Must be 18 years old
Must be able to speak English
Knowledge of Food Cost
