| Description: | To efficiently and timely get the HOT food from the kitchen to the guest. As well as assisting the servers, chef, and front of house manager with any side projects they feel are necessary. |
| Duties: | Show up on time, clean and shaven
Must have knowledge of all menu items, must be as well versed in the menu as the chef who wrote it

Must work fast and quick
Have a calm head but able to react quickly in high pressure situations
Helps to set up any garnish stations and sets up the expo station for service
Must posses extraordinary people skills

| Qualifications: | Must be able to speak English
Guest Satisfaction of product in front of them
Maintaining proper temperatures of food by expediting food to the guests quickly
Training any new hires in the menu and our procedure for getting the food to the guests
