| Description: | To supervise staff, while ensuring that all guests expectations are met. Perform assigned duties given by outlet manager or needed to promote associate satisfaction, guest satisfaction, and resort profitability. |
| Duties: | Supervise wait staff on the floor and provide guidance and assistance when necessary
Answer phones, assist with guests needs and take reservations
Learn menu to ensure full knowledge of all menu items
Assist with the upkeep of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness
Have a working knowledge of the micro computer system
Training staff as assigned by manager

| Qualifications: | Previous restaurant leadership experience of 1-3 years.
Some form of education or equivalent knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry. Must be able to speak English.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other various hours.
Additional Requirements
Guidance and assistance of staff.
Knowledge of all items on the menu.
Cleanliness of restaurant.
Properly training new associates.
