| Description: | The wine cellar supervisor will be responsible for the organization, stock, inventory and cleanliness of the wine cellar and wine storage area. Maintains correct wine cellar inventory and executes the requisition processing and the maintenance of Adaco inventory while assisting the director of wine and spirits with day to day tasks and duties. |
| Duties: | Fill and Post wine requisitions
Assist wine stewards with maintenance of wine lists
Receive wine invoices into Adaco
Produce a weekly wine order
Assist outlets with stocking wine
Continuous updates to made in Adaco
Assist with wine tastings, including setup and breakdown
Maintain cleanliness and organization of wine cellar and wine storage areas
Serve as wine steward when needed
Maintain Par and Stock levels for all wines
Maintain bin system in cellar and liquor room

| Qualifications: | Standing 99% of the shift.
Bending, stooping, and lifting may be required.
Moving cases of wine (40-50lbs) over and extended distance and period of time. Carrying service trays which may weigh up to 40 pounds and pushing carts.
Must be able to work all shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Requirements
Wine orders to be presented promptly and served using correct wine service methods
Promote the wine cultural, including promoting guests to attend our wine tastings
Ensure overall guest experience is a positive one
