| Description: | The chef de partie is responsible for entire kitchen operation in the absence of Sous Chef. All aspects of prep, production, ordering, & sanitation are a vital function in the banquets kitchen. Candidates must possess strong teamwork skills, mastery of culinary skills, and a strong sense of guest service. |
| Duties: | Supervises and assists in production of all food items.
Supervises all prep par lists.
Supervises portion sizes.
Assist Sous Chef in all aspects of ordering.
Create menu specials and report to Sous Chef.
Supervise and assist in sanitation of kitchen and all walk in areas. |
| Qualifications: | 2 year culinary degree plus 2 years work experience or 4 years high volume restaurant line experience.
Must be able to speak English. |
