| Description: | Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Off Road Driving Academy and daily operations to include the vehicle care and trail maintenance.
Works with reservations to ensure guests have a flawless experience in booking trips.
Maintain high standards of guest service.
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor with resort guests, customers and co-workers.
Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations. Wearing of uniform required. |
| Duties: | Operating all aspects of ORDA trips to include scheduling, vehicle and trail care.
Communication with Nemacolin Engineering and outside mechanics.
Assist training of all ORDA instructors and Adventure Center Coordinators.
Assisting in Adventure Center Activities.
Maintain cleanliness of ORDA office and all vehicles.
Other duties as assigned with the activities department. |
| Qualifications: | Degree in Recreation field desired but past work experience will be considered.
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid drivers license.
Must be able to speak English.
Must possess an enthusiastic and friendly attitude; be congenial, outgoing and capable of leading group activities.
Must have the ability to make conversation with all age groups.
Must be flexible with scheduling, hours/days, and must work weekends and holidays.
Required to become CPR and/or First Aid qualified. |
