| Description: | Responsible for cleaning and maintaining condo rooms in order to ensure that guests have a positive experience.
Responsible for inspecting the condos in order to verify that they are in compliance with service standards.
Candidate must be able to communicate well with other associates and members of management. |
| Duties: | Completing condo assignments during morning hours.
Inspecting condos, carpeting, beds, bathrooms, balconies, and windows.
Completing weekly schedules.
Working to ensure that condos are sanitized according to service standards.
Performing various condo attendant responsibilities when needed. |
| Qualifications: | High school diploma.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds. |
