| Description: | Responsible for assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and prior to departure.
Responsible for providing guests with an introduction to the resort and directing them to their rooms.
Candidate must be able to communicate well with guests in addition to associates and other members of management.
Candidate must display a hospitable and professional image at all times. |
| Duties: | Assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival.
Escorting guests to their rooms.
Providing information regarding all resort facilities and services to guests.
Learning and utilizing guest names appropriately during their stay.
Explaining features and functions of guest rooms to resort guests.
Assisting guests with the transportation of luggage to and from their vehicles.
Greeting and making eye contact with all passing guests.
Making deliveries to guest rooms when needed.
Working to ensure that the lobby is maintained properly. |
| Qualifications: | High school diploma.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Ability to maintain appropriate grooming standards according to organizational policy.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred. |
