Sales Intern

Description:The Sales Intern is responsible for providing support to the Nemacolin Sales Department over the course of the three-month internship. The individual in this position will create and maintain databases, assist members of the department with acquiring and shipping client gifts, and order office supplies as needed.
Duties:Creating and maintaining databases.

Maintaining the Sales Department checkbook as needed.

Utilizing Microsoft Office applications on a regular basis in order to keep track of pertinent information.

Assisting the Sales Department with acquiring and shipping client gifts.

Working with the Reservations Department to ensure that the client arrangements are in order.

Ordering office supplies based on inventory levels and department need.

Performing general office duties such as answering phones and filing.

Performing any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:Candidate must have the ability to speak English fluently.

High school diploma required.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality is preferred.

Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
