| Description: | Responsible for receiving, stocking, rotating, and portioning of all meat and fish. Ensures efficient product usage for freshness, quality, and cost effectiveness. Complete sanitation of butcher area. Ensures all outlets and banquet requisitions are filled in a timely manner. Orders all meats & seafood with Banquet Butcher and banquet Chef. Responsible for reporting any equipment maintenance needs. |
| Duties: | Quality internal guest service. Product quality, cost effectiveness, area sanitation, product ordering and inventory, completing requisitions as specified and on time |
| Qualifications: | Minimum of 3 years meat-cutting experience. Able to work up to 70 hours a week when business demands need met. Must be self-motivated. Must be able to speak English. |
