IT Helpdesk Technician

|Description:||Responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance for both networked and stand-alone PC workstations.|
Candidate must be able to assist in adds, moves, and changes to the Point of Sale (POS) System, Property Management System, and various other property systems.
Responsible for handling first-level and end-user support of common desktop applications.
Candidate must also perform hardware and software upgrades on existing equipment.
|Duties:||Serving as the first point of contact between end-users and the MIS Department.|
Performing both routine and preventative maintenance on existing equipment.
Performing minor telephone and data cabling installation or removal.
Assisting guests with technical issues when necessary.
Completing upgrades on existing equipment as needed.
|Qualifications:||High school diploma.|
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Candidate must have at least one year of experience with LAN/WAN technologies.
Experience with Internet/Intranet is preferred.
Candidate must have the ability to speak English fluently.
